Education
Kazi Sirajul Islam has admirable academic records. In 2018, He started a PhD in Fiber and Polymer Science at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, USA but had to leave because of some unavoidable circumstances. His thesis topic was “Developing expert systems for nylon, acrylic and aromatic polyamides industries”. In 2014, he achieved his MS in Textile Science and Engineering from Thomas Jefferson University (Former Philadelphia University) fully funded by the University. His MS thesis was “Investigation of the success of polyester and polypropylene doped by novel polymer named EZDye® over traditional virgin polyester and polypropylene in terms of mechanical and coloration properties”, supervised by Prof. Brian George, PhD, Director of Graduate Engineering Program and Nonwoven Lab, Philadelphia University. He started his MBA in IBA, University of Dhaka in 2012 but had to leave to attend MS at Philadelphia University. In the year 2009, he completed BSc in Textile Technology (Wet Processing) with First Class from the College of Textile Technology (currently Bangladesh University of Textiles).
