About the Conference
We are pleased to announce that, The Faculty of Textile Chemical Engineering (FTCE) of Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) is going to organize “2nd International Conference on Textile Science and Engineering (ICTSE-2024)” will be held on 23-24 May 2024 in BUTEX, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The main focus of the conference is to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and professionals around the world for interdisciplinary discussions on the latest advancements, challenges, and solutions covering a broad spectrum of Textile Science and Technology. The conference is mainly focused on textile processing, sustainability, and circularity with the following (a non-exhaustive list includes) scopes:

Rules and Guidelines
Please read the following rules and guidelines before submitting your Manuscript.
Only Extended abstract will be considered for evaluation. Within one page, one or two references and one figure (maximum). Do not submit full papers.
Research in early development or ongoing are highly encouraged to be showcased in the symposium.
Furthermore, research works published from January 2021 to December 2023 are also welcome to be submitted to improve or extend the works during this mega showcase.
Open for anyone interested in Research and Development (R&D).
Presenters will get 12 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for question-answer/suggestion) to present their research and discuss their findings.
BUTEX BDC will not do “copyrighted archiving” of the submitted research or abstracts.
Each participant will get an e-certificate, which will contain the research topic that can be used by the participants to preserve his idea, and also BUTEX BDC will support authors for any kind of copyright violation issue by anonymous.
Participants can get their presentation recordings from BUTEX BDC if required.

Registration fee for an Non BUTEX member: 1000 BDT, BUTEX student member: 800 BDT, volunteer: 500 BDT

Best paper awards will be given to the top ten papers.
